Quality Assurance

To ensure the same, stringent quality measures are strictly followed at all levels. Raw materials employed in the manufacturing process, like leather, PVC, cloth, wood, latex, etc., are of the highest grade and are purchased from selective suppliers of the country as well as from China.

A strict vigil is maintained right from the production stage and  till the time the goods are dispatched for sale in the market, thereby leaving no scope for any loopholes. The final goods are put through a series of tests to judge their performance and strength. Only those products, which pass all stages of quality tests are made available to the customers. National and international quality standards are strictly adhered to at all times.

Infrastructure

A well developed infrastructural facility forms the back bone of Nelco (India) Pvt. Ltd. We have an ideal combination of man and machines like MIG welding machines, hand lathes, giant lathes, wood planers & sanders, hydraulic power presses and paint shop, to carry out a smooth production of goods. Our production unit, spread over 100,000 sq. ft. area, is outfitted with latest technology machines, which are low on production cost and high on quality.

We have an in-house chrome, nickel and zinc plating plant equipped with a greenhouse effluent treatment system. About 100 workmen, including 30 highly skilled and 25 personnel with technical knowledge of their respective fields are permanently employed in the factory. The company has the highest manufacturing capacity in Track & Field & Weight Lifting Equipment in India.
